Thread subject: Diptera.info :: identification of a small fly

Hello,
I met this minuscule diptere (3mm) on the floor of my garage, yesterday.I live in the east of France. It was very difficult to have a photography because its moves with jumps.
Can we know the name of the family , possible the genus of this diptere with this picture?
