hi Flyforum,

Yesterday I found this tiny fly.
Is it L. lutea?

And the sexdifference can be seen by looking at the winglines(oval)?

Hi Robert,

I think the sex difference is obvious from the abdomen - compare your own Gallery picture of the male!

I've a question about this fly: I can see it's Lonchoptera, but why is it L. lutea? It's just for learning:)
