Can anyone suggest a name for this one? Photo taken 22 December, New South Wales south coast.

I think a boatman fly,
Pogonortalis (doclea?) (Platystomatidae), pix at bugguide.net (introduced in California).

Ceratinly, a
Pogonortalis sp. (Platystomatidae, -nae) female. 6 nominal species are native to Australasian Region. No key.
P. doclea is a widesperead species through Oceania to Hawaii and Calafornia.
