Is it an old female of Ectophasia crassipennis/oblonga ?
Belgium, 24-08-2009.

It certainly looks like Ectophasia sp.

Yeah, no doubt that it's an Ectophasia sp. and probably female - but I wouldn't risk any more without a specimen ;)
