Today I spend about 2 hours in the biggest forest in Krakow.

Temperature +1 C.

The flies from today are not even pinned. So I don't use key now (but I have some):P
Which key you recommend for Poland, at least to genus level?

Try, plz Opredelitel' nasekomyh Evropeiskoi chasti SSSR [Key to the insects of. European part of the USSR].
It's enough for some heleomyzids genera and to see the differences concerning the length of orbital bristles :D
