This species might have been posted by Walter earlier.
If so, this should be Neophyllomyza acyglossa.
I have only this view.

Hi, I found it in a bathroom (2 specimens) at the camp of Aggtelek National Park, NE-Hungary, at the border with Slovakia. (If this is the same):
