Hello,
this ~6mm Tephritidae is from april from the Lauraceae-forest in the northeast of Tenerife. Does someone know, what it is - genus perhaps?

Hi Michael,
Congratulations the very first photo of Euleia separata, an endemic species of the Canary Island, very similar to the European E. heraclei.
You didn't by any chance collect it??

What do you mean by the very first photo - in the gallery? There are certainly other photos from some specimens in museums...
