I found this fly on 15.xi.2009 .
Czech Republic, Moravia, NPR Zebracka

I think Anthomyiidae - hairy eyes, maybe Lasiomma?

Muscidae
Polietes sp.
The only Anthomyiidae with 4 dc is Egle ciliata / brevicornis
All other Anthomyiidae have only 3 dc
