Hello,
An Opomyzidae, ? Geomyza before landing on the leaf. Sorry it is not contrast picture enough, but I think an interesting record, if its species is known. It is today, from Istanbul,

Very interesting landing approach! I wonder if other flies do this too. Looks like G. tripunctata to me, but wait for Paul to confirm.

It is tripunctata. And don't worry about the contrast, the posture makes up to it more than adequately. Interesting pic.
