A tiny fly from my garden. Can someone please help with an ID?:)

it is a way to express the beauty of this fly and specially the bicolour of the eyes. :) Also I love so much those very small microtrichia (very small "hairs" ) acrostichal (zone between the middle and the periphery of the thorax...).
The fly itself resembles like a robot fly.. :) the greyish metallic colour and the position it has in relation to the leaf.

your ccd needs a clean. this is the big disadvantage in dslr! :(

Thank you Jorge. Glad you like the fly.:) You are right, my sensor is dirty. I normally clean up those dust spots but forgot this time. Will repost a clean image.;)

This is most probably some species of Lindneromyia ! Could be described as Symmetricela or Pennesymetria, now it is synonymised.
