Bit confusing fly..... i think Anthomyiidae
I know the analvein seems not reach the costa on the photo, but i don't know a muscidae with eyes haired+proclinate orbital+3 dc.+calypters very short
When Stephane agree with Anthomyiidae, than the only posibility is a Lasiomma sp.
When it is still a Muscidae......then i am very curious :D

Later: the more I look, the more I think I see the anal vein continuing to the tear in the wing edge. I'm sure you are right as usual Joke :D , so I've changed the title - until Stephane comes and upsets things :(
