Grrrr ... you're probably right ... I hadn't even considered that but now you mention it it does look like Sturmia. I'll run it through the keys again with that in mind - or do my old trick of running it backwards to find the weak couplet :)

Yes, it has a comb on the hind tibia - with an ad that is about twice the length of the comb bristles. There are 4st, black palps, bare eyes, no median discals on T3 & T4, 4dc etc. Certainly looks like Sturmia but it must have some weaknesses in other places because it doesn't key all that well.
