no, Ingrid. It is possible to ID till species, very probably. Stephane, javanerkelens or Nikita will tell you more.

Welcom back Jorge!
Bit difficult fly, the sc looks more to Azelia/Hydrotaea, but....I think, Fannia armata male.
I'm not sure, .. Stephane may know for sure
(and Nikita is to buzy with elephant dung, just to many interesting flies to collect:D)

You are right Joke, it is a male
Fannia sp. (we can see the typical A2 and A1 vein configuration on the left wing). That's all I can say though.

arrgh... i overlooked the wing venation specially in the anal veins. Put a sticky note: check always those veins! But this is really very misleading.
