What flies are these? Thanks.

They looks like Chyromyidae to me, but I don't know this behaviour for this familly...

The spider is Dolomedes sp. or something similar if it is really from Malasya. Nevertheless it belongs to the Pisauridade family, 100% sure.
And the predated spider is a salticid...

Usually it is common to see milichiids near the preys of spiders. It is common to see near Argiope bruennichi when this spider is eating her prey many milichiids around.

We should have pictures of similar situation here on diptera.info somewhere. If I remember well, together with a white crabspider.... dig dig....
