The apical scutellars are (half-)erect, which is a big clue

I think it is some Bithia again, based on this, the wing venation, the bare eyes, bristles on tibia 2, projecting mouth margin....

is it possible Clausicella suturata?
1) sclerites to the facial angle present (???)
2) Cerretti not signal Bithia for Sardinia but only Clausicella suturata.

No, it is not Clausicella

Sardinia has hardly been sampled, so the fact that Bithia is not recorded from Sardinia seems nothing at all.
