Could anyone help me to identify this Tachinid fly? I dare not say any name, as I know practically nothing of flies.

Can be a female Meigenia, but something disturbs me... Sorry, the best I can do! Maybe Theo has a better idea.

Thank you very much Theo. I had seen Bithia in the gallery, but didn't dare to suggeste.

I don't know about 'again'? I don't think I have asked this one before, or am I getting a bit .... ?

It can help if you give more information about the fly - different photos and also date & place where you saw it. :)
