It seems to be Dryomyza flaveola, a male.

Hi,
sorry for digging this one up,

I wondered how to distinguish the 3 Dryomyza species? I have some myself, ready to be keyed out ;)

DRYOMYZA

1-(2) Aile : nervures transverses .MA2c et x ombrées. Long. ~5-8 mm.
. . . - Europe centrale et septentrionale. . . D. decrepita Zett..
2-(1). Ailes: nervures transverses claires.
3-(4). Antennes: troisième article bruni. Tarses noirs à l'apex. . . D. flaveola.
4-(3). Antennes: troisième article d'un jaune orange: chète noir. Tarses entièrement noirs. Corps d'un jaune orange. Long. : 11 mm.
-:Laponie. Angleterre (VERRALL). . .D. senilis Zett.

Quick translation :

DRYOMYZA

3-(4). Antennae: third segment darkened. Tarsi black at apex. . . D. flaveola.

PLease note: Neuroctena anilis used to be a 'Dryomyza', too. This species also has infusated cross veins but in this genus R1 has setulae and those are absent in Dryomyza. So, beware that you do not start identifying N. anilis as D. decrepita!
