Why, because it is so yellow ?

Looks like a male nobilitata to me, but males Thereva are very difficult

Th. nobilitata is by far the most common species in summer in Central Europe, so if you are looking for something special, first exclude nobilitata.


I can't, from these pics (because they are so difficult, the pics are fine !)
