Help me with the determination, please. The photo has been taken today, 26th of November.
This fly was resting and sunning on the birch trunk. Thanks.

Difficult to say with one photo...
But I think Muscidae Phaonia sp. (maybe P. trimaculata male, but not sure of it..)

The picture is small, so it is difficult to see, but I guess presut. acr. and typical pattern on scutum and scutellum, in association with infuscated crossveins I would fully agree with
Phaonia trimaculata.

At first: To prevent confusion between different flies in one thread, you better make different threads with only one fly each..:)
Second fly seems Polietes sp.
Third fly is difficult to say, because there are three very simular flies...Phaonia rufiventris/bitincta/subventa
I can not say from this photo, wich one it could be..
