I'm no expert (so better wait for them), but I would say, Phaonia subventa (Muscidae).

diferrence between mine and the one from galery (Phaonia subventa):

if this is same species, is there then A part different colored between genders ? coz obviously if the one from galery is female them mine is male.

B --> pointing out the part of wing that was easly spotted (markedly standing out) with naked eye.

Besides, mine realy does't have red eyes as one in galery (although this could be photo thing - for image in galery)

Your fly is very likely a female Phaonia subventa. The colour of scutellum is variable, but is never completely yellow for this species. The eyes of females Phaonia are usually less hairy than their respective males. Last, the crossveins appear more or less shaded according to the ambiant light, the angle of view (just watch your first picture, the upper fly seems to have darker crossveins than the one at bottom/right).
In the other hand, the Phaonia from the gallery is more probably a male Phaonia rufiventris to me (only one pair of presutural acrostichals, scutellum entirely yellow).
