Looks like a rhinophorid to me but I might be wrong :)

Thank you, Chris. I changed the title.
Only 10 species from this family are in Germany. Genus Phyto in the gallery looks similar. From this genus angustifrons and melanocephala should exist in Germany. I think it isnīt Melanophora, Paykullia and Stevenia. Together with Phyto remain Oplisa tergestina, Rhinomorinia sarcophagina and Tricogena rubricosa without pictures in the gallery. Maybe some of them can be excluded.
