This fantastic conopid is a Myopa dorsalis. Not entirely sure, but the probabibilty is high! Hyaline wings, body mostly red, scutellum dark, halteres whitish yellow...
I would like to have this specimen.
I assume that this specimen has over 10 mm?

I agree with Jorge, it resembles Myopa dorsalis.
However, I have no idea what siblings are around in Turkey.

Using Rivosechi's Keys, I confirm Myopa dorsalis.
Big size? 10/14 mm.?
