This Anthomyiidae female has plumose arista, 2 pre DC, 3 post DC, mid and hind femora orange ---> Hylemya vagans/nigrimana ?
Could the ventral view help to separate vagans from nigrimana ?
(about 7mm,28-10-2009,Belgium)

I observed her during 32 minuts (14.24 to 14.56) feeding on an excrement (pic 1 to 3). Then she found a warm place on a dry leave (no wind and in the sun) pic 4 and 5. She began to bubble 3 minutes later (14.59, pic 6), aspirated the bubble 1 minut later (15.00, pic 7), and then maked immediately another brown opaque bubble (15.00, pic 8).
In the post about bubbles there are different hypothesis, but in this case I suppose that the bubbling is in relation with the feeding ?

First:...nice photos !!!
Second: acrostichals seem close together, with no fine setulae between, so indeed Hylemya vagans/nigrimana.
I don't know the differents between them, but soon I hope to get "Hennig Anthomyiidae", so maybe more info. soon.
If i know more (i hope) i will tell you! :D
