i went wrong with the use of the flash (all over lightened) so i photoshoped it and i hope it is not so far from the reality ... it allowed me only this shot ...

Some Phasia, you can see the piercer, it is a long shot but I'd say female Ph. aurigera.

i add what i think is the male P. aurigera, shot on October 10 2009, 5 days later and 300 m far from the above female.
a long shot too, unfortunately (to high on ivy flowers, only two shots possible and it flew away ...) ...
for my first meeting with this species it was hard photo-circumstances but a nice species it is ! ;)

Yes yes, but the first is female, the last is male and the sexual dimorphism is strong in Phasia, so don't worry, still both aurigera
