Is an ID possible? All pictures are shot in Germany, Saxony, Chemnitz. The first two picture are from Mai 2004. Is the male fly a Helina sp.?

The male is
Helina impuncta, the female is either
H. impuncta or
H. depuncta (depending on aristal hairs length).
