Looks a bit like Nemorilla floralis to me (humeral-callus bristles in the shape of a triangle + white hairs behind head) :)

Humerus seems to have only 3 bristles in a triangle, no more, which suggets Huebneria. This genus has the apical scutellars erect. I just can't see them.

Oeps, there are more then 3 bristles and the apical scutellar bristles are not erect.
Seems Chris might have been right ...

Theo - your well-reasoned explanation is still more valuable than my (slightly) educated guess :D I hadn't considered Huebneria but it is an incredibly rare species over here and I have only seen 3 in my life so it's still something that doesn't jump into my mind :)
