Hi everybody, I found long time ago [25.4.09]
this fly and I guess it's Sylvicola fenestralis m.
Can anybody confirm?

I recall that earlier postings of male
Sylvicola could only be determined after genitalial inspection.
So I guess
Sylvicola sp. :|

I already put an cf between>
but it could be and it's a male thats shure I hope.

Sylvicola fenestralis should have a black spot at the tip of the wing. This looks more like
S. punctatus.
