Yes, I am pretty sure that it's a tachinid and I was thinking that it might be an unusual
Macquartia but I am just guessing ;)

Macquartia dispar was my impression as well.
First, you think, Phryno, or Erycilla, or whatever in Goniini, but these either have bare eyes or are strictly spring species.
(Sorry, modern guys please read Allophorocera instead of Erycilla)
