Servus!

Who can tell me the name of this fly?

I found it in summer in our garden (July 14, 2009). Size: about 12 mm.

No, it most certainly is ferina, however, the abdomen got wet or something, so don't be surprised if your next ferina looks slightly different. In that case, this one is aberrant, not the next one.
