Found in same ditch as the Ephydridae. There were at least three of these there sitting on straws / grass about 1cm above the water.

Size: ~12mm
Date 21 August 2009
Location: In small ditch (little water), open field area (Helsingborg, Sweden)

I went through the gallery before posting and E. solicita was my prime candidate :)
