I found this little beauty on a straw in a ditch. Perhaps a Notiphila?
Size: ~4mm

Location: In small ditch (little water), open field area (Helsingborg, Sweden)

Yes, Notiphila sp., possibly female of N. dorsata Stenhammar, the only doubt - too dark midtibia.
