I found this fly at a damp edge of the forest yesterday. She was very frequent there, particularly on withered plants.

I think Fanniidae, but I'm not sure, probably Fannia postica?

Size: about 5-6mm
Location: Main-Taunus-Kreis, Hesse, Germany

Regards
Andreas

With so large calyptrae and so numerous setae on parfrontaliae, it is more likely a Tachinidae.

I was writing while you were sending the two others pictures. This is a Leucostoma sp. (Tachinidae).
