Probably about 5.5 mm, on dead wood on damp woodland floor, NW England. This one wouldn't stop running and disappeared quickly, but I thought there might be enough information in these two blurry shots to give it away.

Lauxaniidae, I think. Perhaps Minettia fasciata group.
Or perhaps I need to go to Specsavers too :D
