I would have sad Phaonia valida
(some golden hairs on low occiput and apical part of M1 seems curved)
What makes it P. errans...?

Joke
(only asking for study)

Easy character is fore femur which is broadly dark for male P. errans, wholly yellow for P. valida. The antennae are much darker for P. errans, as entire body too (wich seems more yellow for P. valida). Here, the M1+2 vein is not bent appically, it appears bent because the wing is wavy, but in reality, the r4+5 cell is not narrowed apically.
