Hi!
Two scenes from a leaf at a hegde three days ago (northwest Germany). Can the
Scatophaga (8-9 mm) be identified (
S. furcata?)? And what about the prey and the "visiting" Muscid (
Hydrotaea?) on the second picture?

Scathophaga sp.
Victim is Mr.
Fannia sp.
Witness is Mr.
Hydrotaea sp. (unless it is the accomplice).
