Is it a female of Ectophasia crassipennis ?
(Belgium, 9-9-2009, on Aster lynosiris)

Sorry, I forgot to put these pictures of tergite 7.
I thought it wasn't oblongata because the sternite 7 seems to bend forwards, but perhaps is it impossible to see that feature on photos ?
