Thread subject: Diptera.info :: fannia sp.?

hi flyforum,

These little black fly where found in wet and shadowfull forest.
I am thinking of Fannia sp.
I've got more detailed pictures if needed..

What kind of flies are these?

The vein A1 is very long, it is visible on the right wing of the bottom picture. Fannia have a very short A1. This is probably a male Delia platura (tibia 3 with a complete row of pv).
