Phasia sp. (pusilla or barbifrons) ... I don't think more can be said without a look at the halteres and the head :)

The frons looks quite silvery which would suggest P.pusilla but I'd always like a closer look to be sure :)

It is very difficult to see.

On the left side, I think you see at least 2 clearcut rows of bristles, which would make it barbifrons.
Which is common now in this time of year
