I guess a Phasiini of some sort. Can it be ID'd?

Size: ~4mm
Date: 4 August 2009
Location: On Yarrow on lawn near apartment buidlings (Helsingborg, Sweden)

Female Cistogaster globosa :) They seem to love low-growing, white flowers like Yarrow and Wild Carrot. Males have a black & orange abdomen and look a bit like Gymnosoma but with shorter antennae.

Yes, these Yarrows were the lowest in the area, and they attracted a lot different flies. And they attracted me :D
