Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Small, black Muscidae? (31.08.09)

Hi!

Sorry for the bad pics, but these 4 mm flies were constantly running around on Impatiens parviflorum leaves in the forest (northwest Germany). Could they be female and male of one species? Perhaps Muscidae, Hydrotaea?
