Yes, a Siphona. Perhaps Siphona geniculata?

I don't see marginals on syntergite 1&2.
So either it is not geniculata or these are obscured or broken off.

Can you see "marginals on syntergite 1&2" now? I am not 100% sure what you mean ;)

I had no doubt they were absent on the pic, this one is consistent. However, they might be broken off.

I can't tell

Anyway, most Siphona are hopeless from photos.
