Cool I was going to put it down as a muscid but I was really hesitant.

This is a muscid (large lower calypter, no dorsal on t3). My guess is
Helina impuncta/depuncta. It seems very dark but probably due to the back lighting.

Oops, sorry for troubles :|
The big spine situated before the subcostal cell suggested me that the specimen was not a muscid fly !

Nonetheless, thanks for having a look Andrzej. I tend to have real problems with Anthomyids and Muscids, Its my achilles heel! lol :)
