Got some useful shots of this earlier and tried to key it out. Arista hairy, proboscis short, couldn't see the ridge between antennae but guessed it was there, excavation reaches margin of 1+2, bend in medial vein more or less right angled = Dexia; no black on abdomen, quite large = rustica. And it matches the photos I found in the gallery. Hope I got it right.
