Somewhat of a long shot, but it seems that both cross veins are very close together, which would make it Hemixantha

Thank you John, my opinion is the same:
Hemixantha Enderlein (Richardiidae); 10-15 species, some undescribed, in CR and Ca.
Concerning Platystomatidae: there are 3 genera of them in Costa Rica, to my knowledge, all with the Old World connections.
