Yes, Tipulinae (in North American classifications). I do not know much of the group, but as far as I know the Tipulidae aren't very well studied in latin America. Lots of species remain undescribed and even for the described species, species boundaries are unclear.

Probably Megistocera longipennis. Note the short, straight A2 vein.
