Looks Anthomyiidae to me.
Wild guess..Leucophora sp...?

Ah, yes it does look somewhat similar to a Leucophora sp. I had from before. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction. I'll change the title :)

it is a Leucophora sp. Joke is right. Wait for Ackland to determine a possible species.
