hi flyforum,

Today I found a Tachinidae under the livingroomwindow.
Rather strongly and also a bit 'Sarcophaga spec.'-like, but in my opinion it's a Tachinidae.
And with my low-knowledge of Tachinidae I say it's kind of Phorocera sp. ?
size: 10mm
place: Amsterdam, indoors

pic 2 does not show.

This must be a Sarc. The arista plumose, right ?

yes the arista is plumose.., so I was fooled by my self :|

Yes.

Hardly any Tachinid has those bristles on the parafacialia near the lower end of the eye, and those that do are very obvious (Peleteria)
