itīs beatiful, I would try Limoniinae - Limonia sp.

with a quick look at Podenas, Geiger, Haenni and Gonseth's book I found no "much spotted" genera like that, sure itīs not L alpicola, L. flavipes, macrostigma, nigropunctata nor phragmatidis,
- there are still L stigma, taurica, trivittata, sylvicola, interjecta, albifrons and L. nubeculosa. Iīm not sure about the variability of the colour of the thorax: if the dark bands should be or not easy to distinguish; but wing pattern, halters and rings on legs seem at least to fit with L. nubeculosa,
(any good wing venation detail to discard other genenra?)
