Hello Hakon,
You ask me to look again to this one if species is possible....
It is indeed Hylemya.
The genus Hylemya is very difficult with only 5 species in Europe
We can see yellowish tibia and lower squamae is the same (little bit longer) as the lower one
H.partita = legs totaly black + lower squamea same
H.variata / urbica= legs black, only knees yellow + lower squamae shorter
Left over:
H.vagans / nigrimana
And both have strong points around the setae on thorax, the lower squamae is the same and tibia 2+3 of male could be brownish yellowish (female all yellow)
According to Ackland both are to simulair on general looks (only genital)
So...I would say
Hylemya vagans / nigrimana
Joke :D

Thank you very much for your efforts!
What made me take special notice of this fly was the great size compared to this:
http://diptera.in...d_id=23226
About twice the size

....every sice between 5-9mm is possible.
That can be almost double sice between species :D
(little exaggerated....)
