Hello

With the key I find Cadurciella tritaeniata.
Very dark Tachinidae, difficult to make of good photography.
Size 7mm. Collected 10 08 09

I see a strong 'Lydella'-seta on the base of vein R in wing, 1 ad on tibia 2 and a small but distinct mouth margin projecting.
All of which consistent with Cadurciella. The wing venation (topvein rather short) as well.

So it seems you are right

Parafacial with setulose, maybe Chetina setigena.
Like Cadurciella, mouth margin projecting, base of R4+5 with one bristle...
